Returns:

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, undercaps, bonnets, and hair-related accessories cannot be returned once opened, worn, or used.


We only accept returns for items that:


  • arrive damaged
  • arrive defective
  • or were incorrect upon delivery



To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:


  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a short description






Refunds

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
